Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain grooming products that have been opened or used cannot be returned. Please check the product listing for details.
